Indeed! We don't have any visitation or accumulation limits. Whenever it snows one centimeter (1 CM) or more, regardless of the frequency or intensity, we're on it. We don't just clear the snow; we also cater to all freezing events, such as freezing rain, flash freezes, and ice storms. With our service, bid goodbye to ice storms and freezing rain. We never impose additional visit or accumulation fees. Even in the harshest winters, our service remains unlimited. Trust us to provide consistent care while keeping your budget in check.
Yes. We provide a flat-rate seasonal contract, which covers your property for the entire winter. Our snow and ice maintenance services are only available to seasonally-contracted clients. All of our seasonally contracted clients must sign up with us for the entire Winter for a six-month term contract. We do not offer any ad hoc or on-call services, instead choosing to concentrate on delivering a consistently high level of guaranteed, reliable, and dependable service to our seasonally-contracted clients.
First you must request a quote for your property - either by phone or online. Once you receive it included in your quote package, our service agreement will detail your seasonal price, payment schedule, and terms of service. You must sign this agreement in order to approve your service. Once approved, you can either mail, or email us your completed paperwork, or arrange for us to pick it up. Only once we receive your signed agreement will your service commence. Do not hesitate to contact us to make an appointment to finalize your contract in person, or if you have any questions, comments, or concerns, feel free to email or call us. We answer all electronic inquiries promptly.
Your quote package will include a written contract, detailing exactly how and when the service will be performed. Our contract agreement is quite detailed and thorough, and will include a diagram of your property with all serviceable areas clearly marked. Your contract will have several service options for you to choose from, so be sure to review it carefully. Many questions about our service will also be answered in the Terms & Conditions section of your contract. Every one of our clients must sign a copy of our written agreement, and our work can only commence once your signed contract is received.
Of course! We offer a comprehensive service designed to include all the areas of your property that you want cleared, and are equipped to handle all types of walkways, driveways, parking lots, etc... Please make sure to include a detailed description of service needs when scheduling your quote.
Absolutely not. We do not offer any on-call services, rather choosing to focus 100% of our energy and resources on our seasonally-contracted clients instead. All of our properties are contracted for the entire season. Our dedicated seasonal approach allows our operations team to adequately deliver the most reliable, customized, efficient, and consistent quality of service to our seasonal customers. Our contracted properties are maintained automatically every time there is any active weather, so once you're signed up, your service will always be performed on an automated basis.
All of our seasonally-contracted properties receive service every time snow accumulation reaches one centimeter (1 CM) or more.
Officially, contracts start on November 1st (or the day you sign up, if after the official start date), and end on the 30th day of April. Our contracts are designed to cover you from first to last snowfall, and we provide provisions for snowfalls happening either before or after the official start dates.
Depending on the value of your account, we generally break your payments down into 1 or 2 installments, payable in the beginning of the winter. Invoices will be issued for each scheduled payment upon receiving your signed agreement. We can also accommodate a monthly payment schedule for larger residential accounts.
Exact visit timing depends on when the snowfall starts, how fast it accumulates, and your selected Service Package. We always perform all service within the guaranteed completion time noted on your contract, and always aim to have all of our contracted clients cleared by the early morning hours after an overnight snowfall. Daytime snowfalls require multiple visits to ensure consistent accessibility. Ultra Package clients are always serviced first, followed by Plus package clients. Our routes usually take anywhere from 5-6 hours for the crews to finish in full, depending of course on the amount of snowfall on any particular occasion.
No, once the account is set-up and approved, you never need to be present for us to take care of the property. Our crews visit your property automatically, as determined by the specific terms of the service package you'd signed up for. Our clients are free to do as they wish with the extra free time created by never having to worry about their snow and ice maintenance!
Despite our sales team’s desire to meet and discuss your property’s requirements in-person, the majority of quotations can be prepared on a contactless basis, entirely online. To provide a fast and accurate quotation, in most situations our sales team can use your description of the property combined with imagery from Google Maps to prepare your customized proposal. Highly detailed or hard to see online locations can be quoted effectively with telephone communication, pictures, or videos as needed. To prepare an accurate diagram of the scope of work, our sales team may also quickly visit certain properties on their own time (such as when the view is obstructed on Google maps), so feel free to request a visit should you think one is required. Ultimately, the entire quoting and approval process can be completed entirely online!
Although most properties can be quoted without the need for an in-person meeting, face-to-face property reviews and quotations can be provided. Contact us at any time to request your quote, and book your on-site meeting if required.
Absolutely! Your customized quote package, once prepared, will be made available electronically via email. The written quote will include your customized Service Package pricing levels, selectable service options, payment schedule, and a detailed computer-generated diagram of all areas to receive service within your property. Full contract terms and conditions will be thoroughly explained within this file. This file will also serve as your written contract should you proceed to sign up. To approve, you can either electronically sign this contract back to us via email, or physically print, sign, scan and return the paperwork to us via any method (electronically or via regular mail).
